Despite its aromatic flamboyance, on the palate the wine is controlled—even reserved—with immense concentration and a bottomless core, its tannins fine-grained but firm, asserting themselves on the finish. . INFORMATIONS ABOUT THE ESTATE

Domaine Dujac in Burgundy was acquired by Jacques Seysses in 1967. 
The core of what is today Domaine Dujac, was the Domaine Marcel Graillet in Morey St.Denis. It was not a large domaine, covering about 4.5 hectares, but it included vines in such prime locations as Clos de la Roche, Clos St.Denis and Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Combottes.
