"(...) Mingling scents of pear, white flowers and citrus oil with hints of pastry cream and fresh bread, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and searingly mineral, with an electric spine of acidity and a long, strikingly penetrating finish. As is routinely the case, this is a remarkable wine built for a very long life, and given its scarcity, it would be a pity to pull corks before it passes its 10th birthday."
