An unusually elegant and gorgeously pure panoply of mature fruit aromas that includes undertones of earth| sous bois and subtle spice notes lead to intense| powerful and detailed full-bodied flavors that possess terrific mid-palate concentration and real power on the penetrating| dusty and mouth coating finish that seems to go on and on. This is a big Chambertin but it's in perfect balance and it should continue to hold at this plateau for years to come. In a word| terrific. "
