Tasting notes

"The 2015 Morey St Denis 1er Cru La Riotte has an elegant bouquet with lifted redcurrant and raspberry scents, nicely defined with just a hint of menthol developing in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp, tensile tannin. There is plenty of black fruit here, good grip with a firm, quite masculine finish. It will gain more flesh by the time it is in bottle."
