Tasting notes

Cuvée des Caillottes has been around since 2005 and is a great introduction to the Cotat style. Its delicate nose expresses fruity aromas of citrus fruit and flowers.

On the palate we find an impressive structure, fine volume, purity and a crystalline substance, always very fruity. A beautiful finish with saline notes.
