Cornas 1994 - Auguste Clape

Tasting notes

"The 1994 Cornas is an outstanding effort, but far more open-knit, opulent, and easier to drink than the 1995 at such a young age. The opaque black/ruby color is accompanied by sweet aromas of truffles, black fruits, smoke, and earth. A voluptuous texture, great fruit, admirable ripeness, and superb purity make for a delicious, full-bodied, concentrated style of Cornas. (...)"
