"Ente's 2018 Bourgogne Aligoté, the swan song for this cuvée, is showing beautifully from bottle, mingling aromas of citrus zest and white flowers with hints of fresh bread and yeast extract. Medium-bodied, bright and charming, with lively acids and an open, giving profile, it's deceptively charming out of the gates, but I suspect it will put on depth with a bit of bottle age."
