"The Frederic Emile has a beautifully defined, complex bouquet with limestone, dried flowers and a hint of walnut, with lime zest developing in the glass and later, strawberry leaf. The palate is extremely tensile and underpinned by racy acidity. Very fresh and a little more leesy than I expected, leading to a tingling, effervescent finish that is damn irresistible. (...)"
