"There is just enough wood influence to notice on the subtly minty, cool and ultra-pure nose of softly petrol-inflected nose of acacia blossom, pear and apple aromas. There is excellent mid-palate concentration to the beautifully textured, mouth coating and mineral-inflected medium-bodied flavors that display both fine depth and strikingly good persistence. I love the mouth feel as there is plenty of sap but no sense of heaviness plus this will allow this to be approachable young yet also allow it to reward extended cellaring for those who want to let it slumber."
