"The 2012 Arbois Chardonnay Clos de la Tour de Curon is pure Chardonnay from a vineyard he planted at 12,000 plants per hectare (he recently planted two small plots at the top of the slope with 27,000 plants per hectare!). This was aged for two years in barrique, so the 2013 is still not bottled. It has some reductive aromas and again, some roasted sesame seeds and a little more oak; it is still very young. The palate is very intense with pungent chalky minerality and very good acidity. (...)"

They produce 28 wines, each a remarkable distillation of vineyard and grape and frank individuality.
