Henriot Brut Millesime Vintage 1985
The nose is mature, a little yeasty, a touch of baking apples, a little mushroom. Good definition. The palate is well balanced with good acidity, again a little yeasty with citrus lemon, Clementine but just a little dryness poking through on the finish.
