Cotes Catalanes 'Coume Gineste' 2005 - Domaine Gauby

Tasting notes

"(...) The nose is simply incredible, beginning with an enticing yeasty / toasty character and giving way to lemon tart, musk melon, juicy pears, fennel seeds and preserved ginger. The palate has an elegantly crafted medium+ body with a nervy intensity of flavour layers, crisp acid and minerality. Very long finish.  (...)"
