The Gevrey-Chambertin Mes Cinq Terroirs is a blend of five different parcels from around the village of Gevrey-Chambertin. The wine is fermented 30% whole-cluster and aged in 30% new oak.

"A terrific effort, the 2020 Gevrey-Chambertin Mes Cinq Terroirs opens in the glass with aromas of dark berries, rose petals, warm spices and sweet soil tones. Medium to full-bodied, velvety and concentrated, its rich core of fruit is framed by ripe, powdery tannins and lively acids. "

Domaine Denis Mortet in Burgundy was founded by Denis Mortet in the early 1990s.

The Domaine's 10 hectares encompass 14 different Appellations, including two Grands Crus - Clos-de-Vougeot and Chambertin - and are a far cry from the days of his father, Charles, who started off with only one hectare.
