Tasting notes

The wine gains a lot of fruit from the air, pineapple, between marmalade and clementine, you have a hint of apricot, and then, barley sugar and of course, crêpe Suzette, finally violet, resin, sap, eucalyptus and fresh laurel.

Francois Mikulski has 7 hectares of vineyards which stretch over ten different appellations, mainly in Meursault.

He is one of a new generation of winemakers in Burgundy who have broadened their views with ideas from the rest of the world, and is proving himself to be a star of the future.

His youthful enthusiasm and passion shine through in his wines, which are full and rounded with toasty new oak characters.
