While the medium-bodied flavors are not quite as rich and generous, there is more refinement and minerality evident and particularly so on the super-saline-inflected finale. The Bouzereau family has been growing vines in Meursault for seven generations. Jean-Baptiste Bouzereau today cultivates this 10-hectare vineyard including some very beautiful terroirs. Its wines are of a precise style, elegant and digestible and whilst the wine grower is discreet, his wines are well loved.
