Tasting notes

"Here too there is a whiff of herbal tea suffusing the black raspberry and red currant aromas where a discreet trace of volatile acidity can be found. There is excellent density to the sappy and tautly muscular flavors that culminate in a serious, youthfully austere and solidly persistent finish. This is going to require at least a few years of cellaring as it's presently rather tightly wound. Note that my predicted range again assumes that the VA does not become more pronounced before the wine is ready for bottling."
