Chambertin Clos de Bèze Grand Cru 2011 - Joseph Drouhin (magnum, 1.5 l)

Tasting notes

"Mid to dark crimson but no hint of blue. Firm and rich and dense. But actually a top layer of fragility that adds interest. Very rich and sweet. Tense and nervous. Lots of autumnal undergrowth. Reverberant. Slightly bitter finish in a good way. Not that intense but very satisfying. "
