Aquired in 1998 by Chantal and Gérard Perse, Château Pavie possesses the finest terroir along with Ausone and the largest vineyard of all the Premiers Grands Crus classés of Saint-Emilion.

Production : 80’000 bottles ;

Surface : 36 ha ;

Age of the vines : 45 years;

Plantation density : 5'500 vines / ha;

Wine variety : 10% cabernet sauvignon, 60% merlot, 30% cabernet franc;

Best vintages : 2010, 2009, 2005, 2001, 2000, 1998.
