Tasting notes

"Römigberg estate vineyard located on the North-West of the lake Caldaro; extremely steep slopes exposed on South-Southeast; the “Herz” parcel, in the central part of the Römigberg vineyard at an altitude of 250 - 330 metres a.s.l.(820 - 1080 feet). The name of the wines takes its origin from the latin word ´COR´(heart). Soils: under the morenic deposit with loamy content, rocky and gravelly dolomitic limestone. Very intense sun exposure, warm and mild mesoclimate The central part of the Römigberg vineyard has been replanted in 1986 at high density using the Guyot trellising system (6.000-8.000 grapes/hectar)."
