Raissennaz 2010 - Domaine Henri Cruchon

Tasting notes

This Pinot Noir is from the village of Monnaz (La Côte, Vaud) where the grapes ripen at 450 meters high in a southwest-facing vineyard on clayey chalk soils on a moraine subsoil.

The juice was fermented on the mash for 26 days in small stainless steel vats before the wine aged for nine months in partly new oak barrels and another four months in stainless steel.
