Château Guiraud 2006
The palate is viscous and very well-balanced on the entry with prudently judged acidity cutting through intense mango, marmalade and apricot flavours. There is a superb sense of weight and presence to this Sauternes that should be considered a great success.

Guiraud was the name of the family which owned the growth before it was classified in 1855.
