"(...) Quite a plumy / spicy nose giving aromas of cinnamon, cloves and mace plus a whiff of sweaty saddles A hint of cedar still poking through. Nicely structured with a backbone of high acidity and a medium to firm level of fine tannins. Long savoury / gamey finish. "

Palmer terroir expresses itself through two wines of great finesse that are the result of a strict quality selection:

  • Château Palmer, made from the richest vats, is a wine for long ageing whose reputation is well-established;
  • Alter Ego de Palmer, a more supple wine which reaches maturiy sooner.

This dedication to traduction and quality explains the excellent reputation that Palmer's wines enjoy today.
