"Deep garnet-brick in color, the 1995 The Armagh Shiraz presents meat, leather and sweat on the nose with undercurrents of black olives, oolong tea, tree bark and damp loam. The muscular palate is centered on a core of dried mulberry flavors and a solid structure of crisp acid, firm chewy tannins and a long, savory finish."

The philosophy of the estate is to locate vineyards capable of producing exceptional quality fruit and then to retain all of that quality in the winemaking process.
