"The 2006 Finca Mirador has fine delineation on the nose with subtle milk chocolate notes in the background. The palate is crisp and supple on the entry with a taut entry, the texture smooth an inviting with hints of dark chocolate and mint towards the composed finish. This is very fine and should continue to give pleasure over several years. "

Hidden away in a picturesque corner of enormous vineyards, Achaval Ferrer is one of the most visited wineries in Mendoza.

It achieved huge international fame as it began to score some of the highest points for an Argentine wine in Wine Spectator and with Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate.
